Yoshitomo Nara invites you to find your better self at Grand Gateway 66
In this blooming season, a cottage from Nara opens its doors to visitors at Grand Gateway 66 L1 Atrium as the venue of a 26-day exhibition featuring some of Yoshitomo Nara’s masterpieces from 14 March to 8 April. The exhibition revisits the artist’s spiritual journey, where you can admire the artworks created by Nara up close and personal, while immersing yourself in the emotional landscape of loneliness and frustration embodied in the innocent characters.
Yoshitomo Nara, Takashi Murakami, and Yayoi Kusama are hailed as the “Three musketeers of Japanese contemporary art”. Following the Murakami exhibition in July 2017, Grand Gateway 66 adds to the artistic momentum by bringing to the public an exhibition featuring Yoshitomo Nara’s artworks. This new initiative further confirms the mall’s unflagging effort to build a public platform for arts and culture on top of a contemporary shopping experience.
From 14 March to 8 April, Find a Better Self – An Exhibition of Yoshitomo Nara is held in Grand Gateway 66, featuring an impressive collection Yoshitomo Nara’s masterpieces that strike a chord with everyone’s heart.
